Do you know if they will works to listen to the radio?

You can't steam radio via bluetooth to these and I'm not sure the radio will work without the headphones plugged in (they're also the fm antenna).

I do not think it will... the radio signal is not sended by bluetooth, the headset just plays it
(and the MW600 uses the headphones as an antena too.)

But MBS-400 has a 3.5 mm line in, just plug your MW600 with a cable.

Sure, but there are not too many tuners out there that are as small as MW600.

Definitely worth a try. I'll keep this in mind when my X10 arrives with the MW600. Its a neat solution.
