These two LG's were recently announced at CommunicAsia

The KT520 is arguably the more attractive of the two, featuring HSDPA, QVGA display, and a 3 megapixel autofocus cam.

The KF390, is a basic model featuring a handful of disappearing touch-sensitive buttons and a 2 megapixel cam.

Mmm my experience with LG is not great. Nice phones for the price and their phones are great quality but reliability is not.

Has anyone used a KT520 yet? And are the UK KT520 phones locked to the O2 network? (Not necessarily interested in using it on another network but it's good to know.)

If you buy in in an O2 shop then yes, it will be locked.

I've used it, nothing to shout about, it's about as good as the other similar phones out there. You can get the G600 for another £30 or so though, better off getting that.

We've had them for about a month now at work, maybe longer, and we've never sold a single one

Not sold a single one? Oh dear (!), though I've noticed tonight that LG have only just got round to issuing a UK press release for the KT520.

It's a shame that the (Samsung) G600 isn't 3G otherwise it would have been a terrific phone for the money, although the problem seems to be that nobody (not just O2) seems eager to offer a decent selection of 3G phones around that price range presumably because they're scared of people not taking out contract deals as a result - a pity.

I will say though in the KT520 s favour. It has HSDPA 3 mega pixel camera and other great features. I noticed in O2 latest brochure its already dropped to £79.99. Nice.
