Urgent E50 to P1i data transfer

hi friends,I have purchased my new sony ericsson P1i and need to transfer a lot of phone entry(500+) and many sms and other calender entries to my new phone from my nokiaE50.IT IS VERY URGENT.PLEASE DO HELP,
