First of all hi newbie here,

im completely stuck on how to de brand my phone, i have registered and bought credits on the davinci teams website and im having trouble using the client

how do i do this properly? and how do i debrand the damm phone as vodafone have made it awful

a step by step idiots guide would be fantastic.

this is hopeless,

i downloaded the client to my desktop, ran it and it now says login failure!!!

what am i doing wrong?

Hi stevey,

I had the same problem as you - once you buy your credits, Davinci will send you an email with your username and password in it.

In order to activate your user account, you have to go to the Davinci site and log in there. Then you can change your password. There's a link to the site included in your email from Davinci

Once you've done this you can then log in to the client software using your new password.

Good luck with the debrand. I did my K850i last night and got rid of the hirroble Vodafone crap on it, and it now looks like the phone I wanted all along. STOP YOUR CRAP BRANDING VODAFONE...!!
