Will SonyEricsson continue using dual memory cards

Does anyone here think or perhaps hope SonyEricsson will carry on using dual memory card technology in future phones like they did in the K850i. I certainly hope so as think its a good idea but why did they do it in the first place was it an experiment or something they intend to continue.
