My wife has a W910 on UK voda, all fine till a few days ago. Now she can send and receive MMS and receive SMS but is _unable_ to send SNS (they just sit in outbox). Of possible relevance there is a message in "Drafts" which cannot be deleted. Any suggestions most appreciated.

Cheers

F

UPDATE : If I connect the phone to an off-line PC and use the SE PC suite to instruct the phone to send an SMS then the message got sent fine. But after disconnecting the original problem of unable to send remains.

My girlfriend has a similar problem on her 6210c, on 3. 3 uses the vodafone network (and others) so so that could be your problem

Check network provider, ask if there are any faults with the account.
Check sms center settings, Call up customer service and confirm the center number.
If all else fails, MASTER RESET the thing, it'd revert to factory settings. Check settings and setup.

If you've tried all above and no results, then best to pop into where you brought the handset from and ask them if they can help.

Hmm thats a weird one...
In the meantime she could possibly use this. I havent tested this myself but have been told that it works well.

indeed... lol a post to the far right lol
also follow menace1234 steps
also when you go in store get a replacement w910 because i doubt theyll be able to help you, they'd just make you call customer service again which you probably would have already done - and then you can tell them that! didnt even help.
