Good day to all Trusted Traders,
I'm pleased to announce the return of the Trusted Trader ranking titles, this time in the form of userbar images.
Rankings will be given to traders who achieve the necessary feedback scores on The A-ZoTT.
"Feedback score" is defined a a users total +ves minus total -ves, e.g. (+10, -3) = score of +7
Previous ranks were issued as custom user titles though this was not supported by all associated forums so I have redesigned this to make it accessible to more users.
The rankings and associated userbars are as follows:
0 - 4 refs: No Trader Title
5 - 9 refs: [Trusted Trader]
10 - 19 refs: [Bronze Trader]
20 - 29 Refs: [Silver Trader]
30 - 49 Refs: [Gold Trader]
50 - 74 Refs: [Platinum Trader]
75 - 99 Refs: [Super Trader]
100+ Refs: [Elite Trader]
Trusted Traders may make immediate use of the bars by simply copying the image address from those posted above. To embed the image simply add [ img ] and [ /img ] around the image address without the spaces.
You may also wish to hyperlink the image to A-ZoTT.com or the list page showing your feedback.
NOTE: Anyone found to be using a trader ranking without the required feedback score will receive negative feedback for falsifying their status.
se-nse:
Users on se-nse may add the userbar to their signature for permanent display or simply paste it into their posts when required.
esato & m-r:
As these forums do not permit signature images you cannot use this option though you can still paste the bar into your posts as required.
Perhaps administrators will consider allowing the use of a single userbar in signatures if users request it.

Thanks, me & Sam knocked them up in Photoshop over the weekend
All comments are appreciated and they can be updated without affecting usage as I can simply replace the image the link follows

Persuading your sam might be a little easier than getting past the Russian veto on our site that will never allow members or even moderators to have images in sigs

If the m-r traders show signs of life and request avatars then perhaps but for now they can use the same method as esato users.

If it's in your signature unfortuantely it won't have but I urge people to post here if they would like to use these in sigs
For now you'll have to manually paste it into your for sale posts or head over to se-nse.com

you don't need to attach a picture via the actual "attach picture" function
you can simply paste the BB Code [img]image address here[/img]
But yes signatures would still be much better. Please let esato know, maybe for once the users here will get something they deserve

actually you need more than that to cancel out the -ves as the score = +ves minus -ves
Unless people would prefer it to simply go by total +ves?

The reasoning for including the -ves is so that someone with (+5, -5) cannot make use of the Trusted Trader tag for example.
I also use the same system for the Top 10 traders

I've never traded anything and don't have a trader rating, so some may not appreciate my input, but I'll throw it out there anyway.
It wouldn't be so annoying not having it in your signature if you simply bookmarked the first post of this thread so you have easy access to the image links. Then when you start a new trading thread, simply put your rating in the first post along with your product info. This way its seen by all and you won't need to repost it in the same thread.
Potential buyers would put their rating into their first post in each trading thread so that the seller knows what they're dealing with, then they would not need to post it again in that thread.
The way I see it, it would not take too long to do by using bookmarks. Its like pinning a nice badge (that basically confirms how great you are) to your jacket each morning.
