How exactly do you people deactivate data comm and get g or e other symbol off from the k850. I cant do it in my phone its not branded and i dont get any H or any 3,5+ either what is wrong with my phone:-)
when im trying to check the speed of download i get approx 1.6 m/sec
but still No H !!!!!!????

Go to Menu -> Settings -> Scroll to the Connectivity Tab -> Mobile Networks.

In there, choose the "GSM/3G Networks" option, and ensure that it's set to GSM and 3G.

Give the phone a moment (it will lose signal for around 15 seconds), and soon it should find another signal again. If you still don't get the icon, then sadly there isn't 3G or HSPDA service in your area; you might like to check with your provider - many of them have coverage maps on their websites.

If you know you've got good coverage, try checking your SIM in another phone, or call your provider to check to see if you need anything enabled - it might be that if you have a very old SIM card that it needs to be replaced before 3G or HSPDA will work.
