Hi
Got the newest firmware yesterday and everything was working fine. Got up this morning and the touch buttons do not respond/work. This effectively renders the phone useless as you cant do anything with it!
Does anyone have any suggestions/ideas?
Should I roll back the firmware (if this is possible?).
Is there a way to do a 'hard reset' other than through the menu (which I cant access)
Any info appreciated!

There are other threads discussing this issue. Anyway, switch off the hone and take out the battery. Wait for a few ins and than reinsert and switch on. If not helping, then reflash.. If that is not helping than replace... BTW, With MYPhoneExplorer you can use the keypad plug-in to reach the hard reset, if you want..

Im not able to select PHONE MODE to get it to connect as the touch buttons dont work

Oh, right. Didn't thought it well sorry. You have few other opt tho. You tried? If it is not working like after then return it.. For fw reflash you do not need them.
