Wont GAME let you take it back under there returns policy if its under 14 days?

They use to do that 10 or 14 days no quibble money back guarantee, but now:
"Any product (excluding gift vouchers/gift cards) may be returned for refund or exchange within 28 days of the purchase date, providing that the seal remains unbroken"
Oh well, think my brother might have sorted out a trade for AC...
