Operation failed on SE w910i

Everytime i try to open the games or application folder i get the error "Operation Failed". I updated the software to R1CA039 using SEUS but still the problem exists. I believe flashing with XS++ should fix it but is my phone supported? Or should i wait for another SE update. Many thanks
