I have a Bt gps receiver just needing an app if its possible

use mobile gmaps i think you can enable enable 'use gps device' in the app

Yep, Google map mobile. or GPSWatch , MobiTrackPRO or TrekBuddy are some other ideas.
Most use your internet connection (gprs or 3G) to download maps so beware of costs. Some let you use your own map, but you have to make and calibrate them yourself.
