w910i walkman wont open and games not there?

I don't know how it happened but now I cannot open my walkman from the menu? It works if i click media on the main screen though. Also my games that came with the phone are no longer there.

Any help how i can resolve this?

Try removing the battery for about 10-30 minutes.
