re: K850i applications & games do not work!HELP!

Hey Everyone, anytime i try and open up the folder 'games', 'applications' or anything related to opening up some sort of application, it pops up with a message
"operation failed".

Does anyone know how i can reset the whole phone, with installing a fresh firmware or something to make it all fresh and brand new???...

ps: I have already tried the settings/master reset!!!...

Please someone help me with this...

same problem mate,

i don't really wanna send it back though, although its looking more and more likely that i'm gonna have to do this.

by the way who exactly am i supposed to contact, my network provider (orange), store i got it from (phone4u) or SE???

and also anydates on the new firmware???
