since i reinstalled windows when i drag and drop a file to put it in another location it just copies it instead of moving it to the new location (the file is in the original location and where i move it to). How can i change it so dragging and dropping uses the 'send to' function instead of the 'copy' function? thanks

im not sure you can but try just highlighting the file(s) you want to move and press ctrl+x or right click and cut and then ctrl+v or paste where you want them
