Few questions about the SO903i

Got a few questions regarding the SO903i.

1) Is it released yet?

2) Its a 3G phone, so will I be able to use it overseas?

3) Is sony giving up on Memory Stick and going for MiniSD?

You see, I just love that phone so much, as you can't do better with a phone + walkman + cybershot + bravia.

Yes it is 3G.

I thought they were giving Memery Stick for M2.
