Yeah I agree, he was like "well thats impossible its only been out a few days" I was like ok w.e. The he went deep into why I didnt keep it and all that crap.

topic I think the best phone is the W900, perhaps even one of the best recent 
s as it has everything in it, plus great video quality.

W850i is a very good phone theres no doubt about it, i loved mine for about the 1st week, but then its novelty wore off and reality set in
Cam was crap and i could'nt live with it, and the build quality has a LOT to be desired for.

Bookmarkable files for talk shows, podcasts, audiobooks, etc..., iPods can do that now. They should stick with the Duo cards for the Walkman series because of the easily available bigger sizes. Who wants a Walkman with only 1GB?

I have the W810i and this would be a perfect phone for me except one unforgivable flaw... It needs a 3.5 input or at least another fastport design. My headphone adapter falls out so frequently that I've actually started carrying my (gulp) DiscMan again.

there is a way to HELP prevent that from happening. you put your phone in a pocket with nothing but your phone in and the fastport has to be facing upwards, and don't pull on the cable too hard.
oh and if you want it gone for good, you can invest in bluetooth headphones.
