which country/locale do you select in SE update service for update wid EU firmware sold in india?

as to what i haf seen almost all the phones sold in india haf the EU firmware. my se w700i purchased in india has the following firmware details:

from this i understand that i hafta select the english locale country in the EU which happens to be united kingdom. i see that when select this locale i see no updates for my phone. however when i select united states as the locale, i do haf an update for my phone. anybody updated from seus? what locale do you select?
