Renaming system mail folder in P990i

My mail system folder is a bunch of chinese characters. I'm not sure how this occured but I can't find a way to rename to the English language. I've searched the forum and could not find anything specifically addressing this issue.

How do I go about renaming this folder to English and is there a standard name required? If I can't rename how do I uninstall the mail so it can reinstall hopefully with English?
