p990 backup problem - Esato archive

hey everyone.... a new problem for me... wen i now try to make a backup through the provided software in the supplied se cd of my 990 it gives me an error after about 15 mins into the process and it cannot make a backup to pc. But it used to happen ok earlier a few days back, before i upgraded to the latest firmware. any solutions out there?

I had to uncheck the back up of third party application for my phone to be backed up.
