dude dont give up.
Oprah tried to threaten me with her legalities and then hushed up when they found that I knew the law clearly.
Companies and solicitors always try the intimidation tactic first.
I can give you some free legal advice if you wish.

Depends, if easymobile is a registered trademark (in your country) before the creation of your domain name then you almost have zero chances but if you created the domain name before they registered the name then don't worry about that.

their trade mark is "easyMobile" but not "easy-mobiles"!

But it is not enough for them, thay are accusing the guy in passing-off and in
