Cheers mate,
looking at my calcs it only works out at about 70 miles a day for 4 days, so should be fairly easy going!
but I've got lots of work to do before the time comes round!

enjoy 320kms of cycling.....
hmmm not my idea of fun, i do about 40 miles every weekend but ive got this horrible horrible feeling that the extra 20 a day is gonna kill me.
i just hope i do hit "the wall" or im fooked, quite literally.
