I've bought a K750i. However, when I've turn it on, I found phone numbers already in phone memory and some small damages in the phone. For this reason I went back to the store, and they said they would give me a new one, but they didn't have one in the store, so I had to wait a few days. During this days, I've tried the "new used" phone and I was quite happy with it.
Yesterday I got my "new" phone. However, the earphone volume is significantly lower then the first phone I had. The volume is already at maximum, and I can hardly hear what the other person is saying.
The phone came with FW R1NA005, and I've already updated to R1AA008. Useless, the volume is the same before!
Does anyone have the same problem, or any sugestion I can try? help me, please. I'm sick and tired af getting back to the store... (but i'll return there's no other chance
)
