I have the latest firmware.
Using, the ear piece, it works fine. Handsfree speaker works fine, with conversation and/or musics.

BUT, if I talk with a person using the normal way, I can't hear the other person unless it's in a silent room. The volume is on maximum, and I can barely hear them.

=(

help? thanks.

Then it says the problem of the normal speaker part. Need to be repaired or replaced.

HEI!!!

Donīt believe that i found you!

I have the same problem!!

And other friends also have the k750i or w800i!

I could test severals. All are too quiet!!

I gave one phone to repair and it came back with the result that all the meseaurements were ok.

So itīs just a fact!!

I hope so strong for the new firmware!! R1AA008!

But itīs so new.

On one page they say something of an increase of the volume. But then i wrote something of a quiet carkit. So i donīt think that theyīll increase the phone itself....

((

I hope so strongly!!!

Bye

do noticed the same problem with w800i. my friend reported me aswell, that when he doesnt place the "3 holes" at the earpiece directly on his ear, he can hardly hear the caller.

Hei!!

Yes they have to increase the volume and the quality!!

Hope so for the R1AA008 but I think nothing will happen in this way.

So far.

Please SonyEricsson read the Forums!!!!

Thanks

i guess they are pushing on using the handsfree... or better yet because of the low volume, you will end up using bluetooth headsets... either or, they win
