SEk750 - Problem when turn on phone - white screen

I have SEK750i, today i turn off and turn back on the phone, nothing happen, except only white screen. I also try to use Update Service of SonyEcricsson for K750i website, but it seem doesn't reconize my phone through USB cable (shipped with my phone).
Is my phone broken firmware or hardware trouble? How can i fixed it?
Everybody, please help me solve this problem. Thank you very much.

Hi,

I have the same problem.
The phone worked fine `till now.
i turned it off, then on again, and still just a white screen.
Can anyone help?!?

How can you solve the problem? Just turn it off and turn on again, then it works ?

Unlucky for me. i think it isn't the way to solve.

Does white screen stand still or goes off? If it goes, charge the phone for a couple of hours even if it doesn't respond when you plug-in. I've experienced this a few times and insisting on charging the phone solved the problem.

If the phone freezes with white screen, remove the memory card and try again.

My W800i died like that too, I took it back to the dealer they said it should be ready in 7 days.

I tried charging it all night but nothing worked. I hope it comes back fine.

I think SE should invest into solving these bugs before they hit the market.
