Proof that god hates me and my mac

Im sure many of you have read my previous threads over the last week complaining my mac doesnt work etc. LAst thursday my mac hdd broke, on sunday my ipod broke and now my mac is broke again. Last night I went to use a printer, as its not next to me I had to cary the mac to the next room, so did so and when I got there it was dead, 1st thing I do is check the battery with the thing on the base, and it reads flat (one light) so I go back and plug it in to the powersupply and boots up fine but it says calculating where the battery is, the green light on the charger works, but not the normal charging one. I talked to the previous owner and they did say that they had a problem similar, the charging light on the charger was always on, but it would not charge and the green light was not on, though they did buy a new adapter. I have no idea whats up with it my logical thoughs are either the battery, charger or charging circuit has blown. the last being the worst. Any suggestions?

On most notebook computers it's usually the battery rather than the charging circuit. Trouble is, it's an expensive test to go and buy another battery unless you're sure!

Little known fact Steve Jobs is also a CEO of Pixar (Toy story etc)
