Ok. After my desperate topic on my dead k810, my new k810 arrived. I haven't done nothing to it yet.

I'd like to put the original software and change the acoustics, etc
But I want to know what are the chances to break it ? And ofcourse if you can help me with some tutorials please. Also, a guy told me that I have the latest software and that I will find the original hard. Should I wait for long ? I don't know wich versin do I have, how do I find out ? And don't foget about the tutorials for flashing/tunning please

Thanks guys !

So you can't use XS++ then... Your phone is CID53 and XS++ doesn't support such phones... it supports up to CID52. So you need jdflasher now...

Here is flashing tutorial:

http://www.esato.com/board/viewtopic.php?topic=170737

and use the Bfs option to grant access to filesystem... Patching is not available for CID53 sadly...

The firmware file you were looking for may be at www.4shared.com

I found it : click , but how do I know that this is the real file ? I'm just worried .. and you're telling me that I can't change the acoustics/camera driver , etc because it's CID53 ?

You can change camera driver and acoustics on CID53 phone. You can't only patch it.

Well that sucks... `cause I found some pretty nice patches ! Anyway, I don't know if I'll flash it with FAR. It just doesn't seem as safe as with XS++
I'll just buy an Orange SIM. With that long tutorial smth could go wrong.. and I'm not a paranoid guy. I had a k750i and I changed all that I could.. but I'll wait for safer software to patch it !

Thanks for the info guys !

DON'T F@#$K WITH YOUR NEW PHONE!
Haven't you learned your lesson from the previous one? For God's shake, it's still on warranty! Use only SE Update service, and just enjoy your new phone!

You cannot mod the phone using SEUS... He wanted to chenge acoustics and camdriver... Actually it cannot be done using XS++ on CID53 phones... You have to use far manager + jdflasher plugin.

Anyway, I was only interested on the video part. I've heard there are some improvements with those drivers, but I'll manage !

so there's no luck in CID 53 then... how bad, a lot of ppl out there have been tricked when they upgrade the CID accidentally using SEUS or when going to SESC... and desperately asking, is there any such way to apply some patch in cid 53
