Sony Xperia Z promo video images leaked

Enjoy the latest leaked images of the Sony Xperia Z. These are screenshots taken of a Xperia Z promo video published to the Eprice website.

Sony Xperia Z will be the first device with the new Exmor RS CMOS camera sensor. This sensor is capable of recording not only still but also videos in HDR mode. Sony's plan was to release the RGBW coding on the new sensors, but Sony later issued a statement where it change the sensor to the RGB method. The IMX135 sensor can record up to 60fps in full HD 1080p and 30fps in HDR mode. Focal length is 28mm and f-number is f/2.2.

The Xperia front glass will have a OptiContrast panel know from the Sony Bravia LCD TV's. The OptiContrast panel is claimed to deliver deep blacks and vibrant colours according to Sony. OptiContrast panels have a special resin layer which absorbs any diffused light delivered from the backlight. The same panel will absorb ambient external light and reduce glare from light sources such as lamps or sunlight.

Xperia Z will be dust and waterproof with a IP57-code certification.

The screen is as we know Full HD 1080p Reality display.

Great News !!!
Beautiful DESIGN, Powerful CPU, Excellent Memory RAM, Highlighted GPU And Spectacular DISPLAY... The New Xperia Z Everything Has To Be A Great Success In Sales (At Least Until The Arrival Galaxy S IV) !!!
Just Do Not Believe From The Photo Quality Improvement, Since a Camera With 13 MP Max Resolution Integrated a "Tiny" Image Sensor (1/3.06) And Ridiculous 1.12μm Unit Pixel Size Warranty Is Full Of Bad Photos (As Previously Happened With The Lines Xperia 2011 And Xperia 2012) !!!
How Smartphone Is A Great Investment, In Multimedia Resources (Mainly Digital Camera) Sure Is Lower The New Galaxys (S IV And Note III), The New HTCs Windows Phone And Android, The News Motorola And The News LG !!!
P.S: For Those Who Still And Other Bet My Bookmarks In The New GALAXY S IV !!!

I'm in love I'm sold Visit forum to view images And I think all manufacturers should make their flagships or more expensive phones water proof. Less chance of ruining your prized possession. Anyway,HDR video Visit forum to view images wow that's a nice feature!!

@Worf1000...
High Dynamic Range Imaging (HDRI Or HDR) Is a Set Of Methods Used In Imaging And Photography To Allow a Greater Dynamic Range Between The Lightest And Darkest Areas Of An Image Than Current Standard Digital Imaging Methods Or Photographic Methods. HDR Images Can Represent More Accurately The Range Of Intensity Levels Found In Real Scenes, From Direct Sunlight To Faint Starlight, And Is Often Captured By Way Of a Plurality Of Differently Exposed Pictures Of The Same Subject Matter !!!
Say I Wanted In First Half Of 2013, Galaxy S IV Will Dominate Sales And Preference When The Subject Is ANDROID !!!

Thanks for your explaining things.
But you don't know if SGS4 will dominate, i know very much people they don't want a samsung anymore because of the bad build qualty. So, you follow the mass instead of your own choice, that's what people do follow the mass without any knowing other good device.

No app for HDR video as I am aware of. You will have to record at least two video streams in 30fps in order by make a proper HDR video file.

Well their is a iphone App called Flare to do just that.
Bonovox11 years, 3 months ago
But Julias why do you need an app to do EVERYTHING?? Is that Apple's answer an app for everything?? This is Sony's own innovation no apps involved
laffen11 years, 3 months ago
Flare can not do magic. The iPhone camera will not record in High Dynamic Range. It has a limited dynamic range and record its video within this range. The Flare app modifies the recorded video stream and makes the result look strange. Not like HDR in my opinion.

Ok i get it now thanks for clearing that one up for me i thought HDR was software based.
