Control Diabetes from your Mobile

25 January 2007 by axxxr
Want something clever, practical and beneficial to your health? The t+ system enables people with diabetes to control their insulin intake using their mobile phones

They can enter data into their phones and then get feedback to a secure website from a specialised doctor or nurse who can advise whether their dosage should be increased or not. That saves hours of painful waiting in the G.P.'s office just to be told that everything's fine. The t+ system is available online for £10 subscription then £10 a month. www.thinkdiabetes.com  source:shinyshiny

Great idea for folks with diabetes (like me!). A tenner a month is a bit steep though. If the NHS wasn't in such a mess it would have been great if they backed this financially.
