Korean manufacture Pantech entering Europe What about Pantech? It’s the first time I have seen one of their phone models. In the beginning I thought it was a part of the Samsung exhibition. But these are not made by Samsung and branded by Pantech. The company started producing phones back in 1991 and is also from South-Korea. They are now entering the European market. They can’t depend much on brand name in most new countries, so the low-end models I saw needs have be cheap. That’s good for the competition. Pantech is the number two mobile manufacture in South Korea and is the seventh largest handset manufacture in the world.
