The advertisement, which appeared in the New York Times, came three weeks after Cisco filed a lawsuit against Apple - whose own iPhone is set to debut in June - alleging trademark infringement. Apple was due to respond to the suit earlier this week, but Cisco agreed to extend the deadline so both sides could try to reach an agreement. source:nypost

The ipone looks well good. The values great when i told some of my mates about it they thought it would be a much bigger value. Some of the things are awesome on it.

And which one is called "ipone"? Anyway, if Cisco had the trademark reserved, why is it that Apple can just shrug off this lawsuit? And the arguement that Apple already has other "i-" products is irrelavant.

The iphone(on right)is made buy the internet/computer hardware makers Linkys. The iphone can only be used as a VoIP for making calls over the internet and to landlines buy using apps like Skype that run on your computer. The Apple iPhone can do much more, it has a built in Ipod (2GB or 4GB) and all different types of software which are used on mobile pocket smart phones. I think Apple should win the copywright battle. Lets get it right what stuff sold buy Apple does not start with I e.g. Ipod, Iphone, Imac ?!?!
