Official:Sony Ericsson Bluetooth Watch MBW-10028 September 2006 by axxxr
The MBW-100 is the must-have mobile phone accessory for people who enjoy using the latest technology to stay connected to the world around them. It has sleek lines, classic looks, a distinguished presence and represents a first as a mainstream Bluetooth™ fashion accessory from a mobile phone supplier. Crafted from high quality stainless steel with a silver facia, the analogue watch will go on sale globally during Q4 of 2006 with a guideline retail price of approximately EUR 300. Handle your calls with stylish discretion Designed in partnership with watch industry leader Fossil, the MBW-100 allows a whole new way of looking at your mobile phone and you start by leaving your phone in your pocket. A stylish OLED display beneath the watch face displays who is calling when a call is incoming. A simple key press on the watch can reject the call, meaning you can remain in control of your calls in the utmost discretion. Save time by keeping in greater control Most of us cannot do without the indispensable tools for our busy lives – our wallet, our keys, our mobile phone and the watch on our wrist. By adding control of your calls and music to your watch, as well as notification of text messages and a clever out-of-range notification when you are separated from your phone, the MBW-100 helps you become more efficient in your daily communication. It also makes listening to music simpler by allowing you to play, pause and skip to the next track in your phone’s music player. So, leaving your phone in your pocket and letting your watch become more than just a time keeper, means control is always to hand.more information available on the: Press Release

it's sexay. Too bad the whole screen wasn't digital and you could read your messages from it.

Nice style .... however this is when they SHOULD have partnered with a real watch maker like Seiko .. with their perpetual recharging Kinetic system. I see Fossil as a fashion watch maker like Swatch was back in the day.

The out of range alert is handy, although it sounds a bit heavy...

As soon as it gets on the market I'll buy it. Seems my Breitling will stay in his bakelit. :)

Sleek and stylish if your into 70's retro clothing maybe and at 300euros as i have said before there are far better and cheaper soloutions that don't way over 6ozs either. I think i'll stick with my HBH-DS970 thank you.

Shame they didn't think about a design that a woman would want to wear!

The whole watch was digital yes. The clock be showed all the time. When it was a call or sms it could come on the screen for a minute or 2 before it went back to show the time.
Using mp3 player on such clock should show the song played at all times under the time.....
SE : What were you thinking making stupid clock.....

The watch should have had a third hand coz nursing students like me need them.
Also, they should have placed song title in
allowed you to read text.
