I've had my K750i for a week now or so.
Two or three times during this period it have just freezed (the screen lights up in white and nothing happens), after a while (like ~40 sec maybe) it goes back to normal.
Does anyone else also experience this or is it just me? Should I return the phone and get a replacement or is this common (and will therefor be fixed with a future FW I mean)?

Thanks in advance!
(Sorry if my English ain't that good in this post but I hope you'll understand what I mean anyway)

Try updating to R1L, the latest firmware.

Some people have had similar problems, usually with branded handsets.

I will do so, thanks etaab.

Just one question first, if it's ok. Is it possible to mute the terrible "Hello world! I'm taking a picture now"-sound of the camera by setting the phone to soundless with the new firmware? Cause if I have to deal with that every time I take a picture I don't know if it's worth it.

My phone is unbranded and the language of the fw is swedish (if that matters, I don't know).

Yes the latest R1L Firmware does allow you too take silent pictures when in silent mode I know just how annoying it is to take pictures with that noise going off everywhere. [addsig]

Any firmware lets you suspress camera sound. But you have to enable it first. Just thought i would add that

Because the platform sends bogus messages while charging, that is why!!!..But why this change of heart?..We sense a charger connected, oops, we will not shut down after all!!!..*********************** UI BASIC, HOLD YOUR HORSES

It's common for SE phones to crash in their early stages. I'm on R1L and I still get an occasional crash. I haven't had a single phone in the past few years that hasn't crashed on me at least once or twice.

I think the silent photo taking option depends on which region firmware you are using, rather than the release version. Some countries (I think in Europe) have a policy against silent phone cams, so even in phone silent mode there is a sound when a pic is taken. Asian versions do not seem to enforce this.

Contrary to some people's thoughts, there are some cases when you do need a silent cam. Such as at an event when you need to capture pics, it's kinda rude to have your camera making noises when the speaker is presenting.
