Hi Guys.

Just thought I'd share this link:

iPod Bashing

I personally own a 3rd Gen, 20GB iPod, and love it, I use it as a huge back up library of pictures, 1000 of my favourite songs, and other stuff, but I still found this very funny. Some of the diagrams are funny as well.

Have a look at the other pages on the site, its quite entertaining I must admit!

Have fun.

Well, what he says about the iPod is true. But, if you buy a different player (still 20gb) and actually have 20gb of music (me) and listen to it all the time, and can't fit my mp3 discman into my jeans pocket, let alone a case full of the rest of the 20gb of my music on CDs, completely ignoring the time it'll take to burn the 25 (or so) cd's I'd need (700mb a cd), and the time it'll take to change cd's to one with a song i feel like listening to at the time, I reckon he has a point.

Besides, I got my Philips HDD120 player for 92 quid, and its just a tonne easier, and better in general.

I must say, I posted it because I found it funny, I love iPods, you get a multi-purpose tool, it is:

- A fashion statement
- Music Player, (and a good one)
- Status Symbol
- External HDD
- IMO a work of art

Anyway, there are some extremely funny random things on his site, you must read some of them!

My god, you put "fashion statement" above music player . And work of art? *Shudders*

But I will give in to say that it is a music player and an external HD, so there.

However you get much better sound quality, functionality and just general useability out of an iRiver.

Oh and I reckon mine looks better too, if not as easy to use as the scroll wheel.
