Hello everyone
Where I live, the K750 isn't yet available and hence the service center won't be able to service the phone or replace it in case its faulty. I will be travelling to a country where I can buy a K750...my question is what are the chances of me getting a faulty phone and getting stuck with it not being able to fix it or replace it where I live in case its faulty? I will be getting an unbranded one.
I can't seem to make up my mind
Thanks all. |

Theres allways a risk that you at some time need to have it repaired or replaced.
If that is not possible where you live, and you have to get it from another country, I'd highly reccomend not to, even if it is a nice phone.

Instead get a smart phone available at your place

If you're willing to take the risk but a lot of problems with Sony Ericsson phones are sorted by flashing the firmware but if there's any hardware failures, I'm sure you can find somewhere that can get parts for the K750 to repair it otherwise the parts are easily available online. |

you can go for it, no problems with them, by this time I saw only one faulty, and it was a simple software upgrade to go on. SE usually have problems wit first series of any model, this one finally seems to be OK. it's a great phone, and drop smartphones, it is way too complicated using them. except you have special need for particular application running on it. Eg. try turning bluetooth on/off on P910 and than do it on K700/K750. |

Try and get one with the latest firmware, doubt you'll experience any problems....(just my opinion) |
