is it possible to unlock this to accept pay as you go sims, from both vodafone, and orange?

Hi - I'm also trying to unlock a T610 on a Vodafone contract - I have a cable but resent paying anything for the software...is there anyway to do this for free??

it's possible - but I spend £130 + each month and I seriously resent having to pay to use my phone on other networks. If you contact your service provider e.g Carphone Warehouse and ask them to unblock your phone so you can use other SIMs they will tell you that it MAY cost you £20 - I made a fuss and they said it MIGHT also be free....it can take up to 2 weeks which I think is far too long....but there you go.... |

have a look at the firmware forum on www.se-nse.com and there is a program on there for doing it free.
