I don't think so but others should confirm..

All I've heard as far as audio format support is the same as K700..aac and mp3, wav and amr. I've never heard anyone mention ATRAC..

If you mean Memory cards with Magic Gate, I think it does.

it supports magicgate memory cards as storage devices, but the magicgate features, such as storage of encrypted atrac music, won't be available. (they can of course store mp3's)

This is the same for any Memory Stick device that doesn't support magicgate.

Here's my magicgate mouse I use it to copy mp3's for my HBM-30 Bluetooth HF/MP3 player..

thanks, I scored it when I needed both a smallish usb mouse for my laptop, and a card reader for my HBM-30. Wallah, both in one! Typical of sony, it is rather stylish

It will support the Magic Card but the technology not. My z1010 has a 64 meg white MS DUO with Magic Gate.

Makes you wonder how threads like this even get started.

Yup. I'm bailing on this thread. SE and the other phone manufactures could save tons of money by simply not including user manuals. People do not bother to read them anyway.
