Smart has blocked Tactel.
at least that's what arnoldc told me.
so smart prepaid users cant use tactel for mms.

the last time i heard about this issue, Smart does not support call forwarding... or at least for prepaid.

According to arnoldc, Tactel is no longer blocked by Smart.

He reported before that it was blocked, but that is because they were configuring their systems then.

@ferrarista is right. the other "irritating feature" of smart pre-paid is it's voice mail. i had to call smart, like once a month to get rid of it, but like a living dead it always comes back.

If ur prepaid dont have gprs signal kahit ipagbalik balikad mo simcard mo, wala talaga; re smart try to fax them that u want to have ur voice mail deactivated.

Someone at BNC posted and claimed that his smart prepaid SIM has GPRS access. Read his post here.

619 ...ayan, Ikaw kasi... Pinag-balibaligtad nga tuloy nila yung mga SIM card nila! I still believe the best way to get GPRS legit is to go postpaid and do it properly, configure correctly. The trouble you all go through now seem like uncertain,if not futile or unsupported attempts. Ok anyway, goodluck to all :-)
