Best online OR retail shop for running spikes |

Hi all,
I need a pair of running spikes for next year, they must look good AND feel good not that they can't look bad on me lol and they must be under 30 squid, anybody know any good shops in UK, must be in, trafford centre, cheshire oaks, warrington, manchester, broughton shopping park area or chester.
Preferablly nike, adidas or asics, but will consider others

What sort? Sprints, middle distance? I got a pair of Pumas for I think £30, maybe £25 at one of the online shops - have a look on the internet, you can get some good deals at the various stores such as Bourne Sports, Sportsshoes, etc. Fit varies, so you might need a different size to your normal running shoe size. I tried on a pair of Nike spikes in a 12 (I take a 12 running shoe) and they were huge! Yet the Pumas are 12 and fit perfectly. Saw a pair of Nike Michael Johnson spikes (the black and gold ones) in Florida a couple of years ago - $10! Kick myself for not buying them. |

They have now got an Up + Running shop in the Triangle shopping precinct in Manchester, maybe try there. |
