It reminds me of a joke bout a guy who was born with no eyelids and the doctors used his foreskin to make new eyelids for him...
he had incredible 'foresight' and was 'cockeyed for life'!!!!!!!

if its real i reckon he pulled his eyes out (without removing them from their sockets) and stretched his skin. i've seen worse this morning! my sister broke her arm and she had pins put in to fix the bone. her cast was removed and i saw the pins sticking out of her skin and her scar and some blisters. she's only 6 years old too.
he looks like a shark!

@dj real sorry dude- didn't mean to be insulting . . Soggy sorry.
@all its pretty0clear that the guy has his eyes shut. Using photoshop they have rubbed out the eyelids. He has pulled his cheeks out and has used fake plastic eyes to create that illusion. A smart photoshop make over completes the trick. . . I am 100% right
