Didnt the Brits prove during WW2 that we will not be intimidated? Britain suffered 100 times worse than these bombings back then, and never gave in. What makes the bombers think we've changed any?

They werent around back then.
During WWII these people didnt exist, only their religion.
In the UK we're also pretty accustomed to terrorism anyway, we've had years of experience of it from the IRA.
