Sometimes when i plug in my earphone, either the pone don't detect it, or when music starts to play, the earphone becomes undetected. Please help. ps: my k700i is a fully unlocked singapore version. its only five months old.

I think you've used your handset quite often before (of cource without any faults). So the thing is, pins in the handset might be effected with oxide of some dirt, so clean them. Also the contact points in the phone.

Use a needle pont with cotton wool attached to it's point to clean the contacts in the phone. You may use some baby cologn... And use a cotto-bud to clean the pins in your head set.

This should work...

Enjoy!

how about if one of the two earpiece is faulty? when i plug my headset in, it sees the headset, but one earpiece has a choppy connection. do you think cleaning it will work? how about using lighter oil instead of baby oil as cleaner? any suggestions?

thanks!

My right earpiece is completely dead. Hours of rubbing the connectors with cotton didnt work. However the earphones work perfectly on my T100. Any more suggestions?
