 | yea..they are correct..just checked the EXIF data with ACDSee...also anyone using Opera can check it..right click on image --> image properties 
 using opera...this is from the 2nd pic for R1J002..

 edit: augustborn, just noticed that you stated both are taken using default settings, meaning both pics are taken using Normal picture quality? how about taking both with Fine Quality? i think that would be a better comparison, considering most would take pics with Fine Quality

 btw.. the titles r rite.. the firmware version can be found in the properties of each picture (in mac anyways)
 just waitin for SE to fix the video prob then ill update from r1a
