So i have been using this phone from first charge today and in about 8 Hours its now down to 25%, from 100% earlier on today. The drainage is insane and there is no way it will last a day! i am currently going to let it drain and charge it up again, will this work or should i contact my service provider?

Many Thanks.

yeh mine has gone from 100% at midday to 87% and ive done about a 5min call and taken roughly 10 photos and sent about 7 txts! Its crazy - I've also been playing with it for about 5 mins in total...the battery indicator itself is still full though...

My first charge was around 2 hours, since then have been taking tons of photos and using bluetooth with K700i and PC; battery is down to 94% so its not that bad for me =)

Yep me too. It's very good, certainly compared with the K700 battery! [addsig]

the first few charges will not power up your k750 as much. i cant really explain it but after a few charges the battery will last longer.

My battery is exellent. I used it from friday to sunday, taking pictures, sending texts, a few calls, using bluetooth. By sunday it was only down to about 80%.

It's called conditioning the battery and you're absolutely right, although I can't say I've been in any way disappointed with the battery life thus far. But I always stick with a 16+ hour charging cycle for the first few charges on all my phones. Experience seems to tell me that this helps.

Apparently you're meant to fully charge and fully discharge a couple of times, not sure how true this is though.
Mine goes down pretty quickly, struggles to last the day, but I've been listening to MP3's and the radio a lot of the day, also playing with the games and watching videos, so that's probably the reason.

You must be talking about Nicd or Nimh.A li-ion and its derivatives only 'grows' older with every charge-discharge cycle. The one thru thing is,the claimed manufacturer's charge time always is shorter then it takes to reach full charge ! A hour or so longer then the claimed charge time should suffice thou. Overcharging the Battery only increases its strengt for a few cycles, ultimately diminishing its life span.

I just bought the K750i and is experiencing the same problem with the battery as described above. It's soaked after a day at standby, and that sucks. I had the battery replaced today, but the problem seems to remain. The others of you that experienced the same problem, did you find a solution? Did you finally have to change the phone itself?
