I have the Parrot CK3000, for about one year.It works quite good for the handsfree fonction. For the voice recognition, it makes some failure when there is to much noise in car (music or high speed). But it's a good product and you can makes some upgrade for new firmware, simply by sending the kit to manufacturer.
It very easy to install...
And it compatible with all bluetooth mobile

Nothing else to add, I've been using it for about 2 months now, I love it! It's a full recommendation!(and I'm not working for Parrot )

Is it easy to install? I have a Volvo S40. I am really lousy at those things.

It's not that difficult to install. And it doesn't depend upon the car you want it to install in, it's more a question of your car radio (whether the plugs are standard or not).
And if you don't want to install it by yourself, any Professional will do in about 1 hour. So it's not gonna be that expensive.
For the manual, have a look: http://www.say-parrot.com/parrot/fr/download/notice_eng.pdf

BTW: why opening a second Thread for this topic? Was not very clever...

Rog.

I just had one (CK3000) installed in my Audi Allroad. I bought it a couple months ago, and lost the manual. The online manil shows a control pad which I don't think I got in the box. Is this a change or a missing part? Is there a way to use it without this keypad?

Also my Sony P800 does show the additional Parrot menus on it to setup the Parrot itself. Any suggestions?

Thanks!
