Ive found several bugs in firmware R1J002.
1. My phone dont take photo when i press the button, I have to press several times. The button works fine in the service-tests!
2. The phone makes my photos corrupt sometimes. When i browse my pics the phone can lockup and reboot. And sometimes it destroys a pic totally so that i never can view it again.
3. The phone lockup and reboot att random events.
Anyone else have these problems?? |

I've also noticed that when my phone is left for a few second when the lights have turned off the screen & lights flash for a slpit second.
Might be because I have no screen-saver and clock when idle and it doesn't like it.
My favourite BIG little programs

Had a shortcut to the light which it loses when you turn it off, shortcut to inbox though and it's fine. Also noticed that if I change the position of the Light link in the middle button menu it reverts back ofter a while as well.
An annoyance was on the K700 which got fixed on the K700 once i did an firmware upgrade was the delivery report confirmation stayed on screen. This is on the K750.
Running R1L002

I've had the same problem with shortcuts, but it seems to lose them more randomly than just by switching off the phone.
I'm on the R1L002 firmware too. |

Hi,
Owned a Virgin K750 for last 2 months and just an hour ago this happened... enabled BT and switched on BT headset, all fine, dialed 789 to obtain credit balance and the animated "dialing..." icon frooze after a few frames. Waited awhile.. nothing. No keypad buttons functioned, so I held down the power button... but it remained on. Couldn't turn it off until I removed the battery.
Now the only thing I can get out of the phone (after removing/reinserting the battery everytime) is a "full white screen" for 3secs or so, then it switches off!! Using the USB cable to a PC gets me no further.
!!! HELP !!! Is there anything I can do (master reset etc) before returning it to the Car Phone Warehouse ?
I'm hoping I don't loose all my recent contacts/photos/diary etc !!

Hi there. I have a K750i and have a problem that I can't find any help for! I have also contacted SE who recommended doing the firmware upgrade which I completed and the problem remains.
My phone is on O2. It seems that sometimes, either whether I'm downloading something from wap, or trying to load content from a wap push message, the phone flashes a white screen several times, and then reboots. Does anyone know what is causing this or how I can fix it?
Thankyou!! |

greetings!
ive been using my k750i for almost 4 mos. now, the only thing ive noticed was that when im sending an item via bluetooth, my phone will connect to the recieving device then it will halt the transmission, then after about 2-3 secs it reconnects then it sends the item. this is the only setback i have in my phone otherwise its splendid. |

my phone has done this before, but it does it randomly. once a week or so. but never downloading something. try to download something without the memory card inserted.

I've mentioned this before but no one seems to have this problem.
When a sms text message is sent to me when my phone is switched off, the time on the message indicates it was sent at the time my phone when switched off and not the time it was sent (which can be checked in the details section).
I only noticed this because I switch my phone off at night and one of my friends sent a message at 8am but it showed up as coming through at 130am (earlier than actually sent). This has happened a number of times. I have an Orange K750 and recently upgraded firmware to lastest generic software and it still happens. Just wondered if it is an Orange network problem or a problem with the phone.
Can anyone confirm?
well i have same but different prob... i dont also recieve the same time as it was recvd but i get a time when i rvcd the sms when i switch on the phone... as the msg was sent to me on 2am and phone is off.. i open at 6am i will get the time 6am not 2am... |
