I can turn off the sound on my camera. I have a question, though. Does the "do not drain" apply to lithium-polymer batteries as well?
Thanks

In theory yes it does, but you can't drain modern lithium batteries since the battery will turn itself of when it gets below a certain voltage, therefore preventing itself from being fully drained.

But I want to know if I can charge it whenever I want, for example leave it charging overnight so it would be fully charged in the morning.

then you should have asked that question Draining and charging are two different things.
In answer to your question, yes you can charge it whenever you like. Lithium batteries do not suffer from memory affect. Also as far as charging it overninght this is not a problem. Lithium battery chargers stop charging when the battery is full. They don't trickle charge, so you are not wasting charge cycles by leaving the battery on charge all night. It will charge up until it is full, then the charger will turn off.
Of course the phone will discharge a little during the night if the handset is left turned on, and the charger will kick in again during the night, charge it to full again, then turn off. The total charge cycle used in this process would be no different than if you left the phone off charge all night then charged it to full in the morning.
