The only problem I see is they are still using ACR Logistics. The company doesn't check the handsets properly and still send out faulty handsets after apparently repairing them. More than often with more problems than they went in with. Anybody who sends their K750 to them be prepaired for at least a 4 month wait befre your phone is returned.

spoke to SE and the firmware for orange K750i will be on website definietly next week.

I asked how to check the firmware version so here it is:
joystick right
press *
joystick left
joystick left
press *
joystick left
press *
You should then get a menu and select service info.

My H/w version is 05W19 and firmware is R1A044.

I've got a new w19 model from o2 (they told me they couldn't really give me one though).

Had it for two days and it hasn't crashed yet, so fingers crossed...

Its now been 3 days since I turned off the clock feature for standby mode and not a single freeze or reboot. Phone has not been turned off either and still has 67% battery remaining.

I wonder

rookwise, did your phone have the problem before you started leaving the clock off? or did it never happen?
also, my phone is also 05W20, and yeah... no problems here.

Yeah. It froze up with the clock turned on in standby. Hadn't swtiched the phone off for 3 days then as well.
Has been on for 3 days again but with the standby clock off and no freezing.

I got my phone yesterday. And it freezes too. (four times so far)
Seems to me it freezes when I have the charer plugged in and the battery is fully charged.

Just did a reset of the setting, hoping that may help. I'll plucg the charger back in and see if this damn freeze happends again.

Only time it dosn't crash is when its connected to my computer with the USB cable.. So much for mobile

anyways its a R1A044 firmware and 05w20 HW.

well your phones are still crashing even though they are connected to the charger, correct? Just wondering because mine has not frozen once yet and I charge it pretty much every night.

Mine is 05W20 and locks up in stand-by, with or without sleep mode clock. First day was fine, then when I had it on alarm one night. Ofc that alarm never went off The next day it locked up atleast 10 times, now I won't even bother turning the thing on until a new firmware is released. If it still locks up then I'll exchange it for a new one and hope for the best.
