I have an Orange branded W800 with current firmware R1L002.

Although I was thinking about updating this through SEUS, I have noticed a few dissenting voices saying I should stick with this one.

Seeing as how it is hard to follow the order of the firmware that followed R1L for Orange can someone indicate whether on balance there are more benefits than cons for updating to R1AA008?

To those who have problems with intermittent joystick - try sucking out the dust that collects with a vacuum cleaner - seems to be much better on a few K750's we've tried.

I have a D750i that has been flashed to W800i software.

BUT the camera doesn't work and it doesn't register on O2. How can i reflash the phone back to an unlocked/debranded D750i ?

What cables do i need? Or does anyone on here flash them that i could post it to?

Thanks

Use Total Multiserver or Da Vinci to flash back. Dont post unless you know you will get it back.

Actually the phone is off, it's on fly-mode, which means that the "phone" part is off (you can't call or receive calls), but you can listen to your music and blah blah blah...

I guess lol I don't have the W800i

No it's not in flight-mode... cause when it is the signal bars are crossed over to indicate that the "phone" is offline... in the picture the phone is allready on... so something is fishy....

Firefreak: it's not a fake pic; you can see it's from mobilmania.cz and it was taken from gsmarena's k750/w800 preview, months before those two models were released (read: pre-release firmware)
