£300 is a bit exspensive even if its including VAT, the price should be around £250-£260 with VAT

Sony Ericsson official site says their MSRP in HK is $3,980, which is around $510-515 USD. But some people are getting them for cheaper, so hopefully the unofficial shops will be cheaper. Anyways, is anyone here from Hong Kong and bought the phone? How much you get it for? |

The phone will drop to around £220 after a couple of months. Its high in price because we pay more in the UK than most countries, and because its a new phone.
It doesnt matter either way to me, my K750i wont be costing me a single penny, since im using my Easter bonus i havent spent yet to buy one - advantages of having a job with benefits !

Snakket med de, og de regnet med at telefonen kom inn i løpet av dagen!
Uansett, så har de SIKKERT telefonen på mandag.. |

Found this a few minutes ago.

o2 are giving away the the handset free.
You can line rental from little as £12.50 for the first 6 months. After that it doubles. In total it would be £225.00
Brilliant if your planning on using another o2 sim!
What do you guys think... is it worth a shot?

Yes, if you're not bothered about an unbranded phone.
Personally id rather pay that little bit more for an unbranded sim free handset. They're easier to use, easier to update and have less predefined items that you cannot delete.

@$ - I think it's worth it mate, GO get it pal! They say that in such deals like this, there are really NO such thing as a FREE PHONE When I got one (Nokia 7610) with one of our local networks then - contract/plan, I really made sure (thru an abacus computation) that I was really getting either a FREE phone or 2 years of FREE airtime at 180 mins. a month!
